Kids Yoga (ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12)
Using imagery exercises, fun props and stories, children learn basic strength and stretch components through yoga poses, as well as kid friendly mindfulness exercises that only yoga can bring. All classes are specifically designed for young children. Teachers and parents will love the benefits that yoga brings to the classroom and to the home!
Class is held once weekly for 30 minutes for ages 3-5 and
45 minutes for ages 6-12
