Kids Yoga is a unique practice of yoga, developmentally designed to introduce children to the practice of yoga with a playful and fun approach to maximize their learning process, with a non-spiritual and non-religious approach. When participating in Yoga, children learn life-long enhancing abilities that positively impact their lives as they increase self-regulation, which in turn, facilitates their well-being and positive social interactions. Kids Yoga can be an appropriate venue for the enhancement and support of the education process; especially in schools where anti- bullying, health and wellness, and character education are common themes.

Wednesday’s before school from 7:15-8:15am
In the music room (in the cottage)
(no classes during school vacations)
Cost: $315/school year or 9 automatic payments of $35.00 due monthly Sept. 1st – May 1st
$20 yearly registration fee
Classes begin September 5th, 2018
and run through May 29th, 2019
